Digital for Export: successful internationalization
Excellent results at the Coiltech International Fair in Pordenone. This year too, many new contacts to start collaborations with the best Italian and foreign electric motor manufacturers, and thanks to the Digital for Export financing contribution, which helped us open up new market prospects.
Thanks to a targeted Digital marketing campaign, created with the contribution of the Emilia Romagna Region, the Unioncamere of Ferrara and Ravenna and the Chamber System of Ferrara and Ravenna, our presence at the Fair was a real success. A significant increase in foreign visitors to our stand has allowed us to broaden commercial horizons abroad and dialogue with German, Slovenian, Croatian and Hungarian companies, just to name a few.
Coiltech Italia is certainly our ideal fair, where consolidated customers come to greet us and new companies can meet us for the first time and experience first-hand the quality of our windings for electric motors.
We return home with renewed energy and the desire to grow further both on the Italian and foreign markets.

Countdown to Coiltech Italia 2025, the International Trade Fair for Electric Motor Windings
Everything is ready for the next edition of Coiltech 2025 in Pordenone, the international trade fair dedicated to electric motor windings.
Just a few more days and we will meet at the most awaited event of the year: at Coiltech Italia 2025, the Italian fair of international importance, entirely dedicated to the electric motor.

New 4.0 winding machine for special asynchronous electric motors
In line with our claim “Handmade quality, Continuous innovation“, we are proud to announce a new step forward in this direction. Recently we have introduced a new 4.0 machine into our production process: the new Winding Machine 4.0 for the production of coils for winding special asynchronous electric motors. The new winding machine is a strategic machine for the production of copper coils, the heart of our processes, and it is very important to always keep up with market needs.
Why did we introduce the new 4.0 winding machine for special asynchronous motor winding?
The reasons that led us to invest in the new technology of the Winding Machine 4.0 for winding special asynchronous electric motors are essentially 3:
- the desire to use cutting-edge technology to guarantee quality products while optimizing processing times, thanks to the double workstation. With this system, the operator can work in one station, unloading the already wound coils while the machine winds the copper coils, in the other station, eliminating downtime between processes
- increase in the range of windings. The new 4.0 winding machine can simultaneously work with 30 copper wires in parallel. This allows us to acquire orders for special motors that require a high number of wires in parallel.
- monitor the production process in real time. Thanks to the interconnection between the 4.0 winding machine and the company management system, the software constantly updates us on the production status, helping us to schedule orders in advance.
This innovation allows us to better satisfy the needs of our customers and open up to new market niches or new work orders. Morerover, we can optimize the production process to continue to focus on the artisanal care of the product, which distinguishes Avvolgimenti Zampolli Srl.
