The Factory
The factory is developed on an area of 3,000 square meters and organized into 2 production areas.
Work is subject to constant monitoring and organization of production processes guarantee customers with a high quality product at low cost.
FIRST PRODUCTION AREA
Here the first processes are carried out:
- Stator pack insulation
- Production of copper coils
SECOND PRODUCTION AREA
All subsequent processing for the construction of the winding is carried out here:
- manual insertion of the coils in the stator packs
- semi-automatic insertion
- Finishing: forming of the heads, connection, binding
- testing on 100% of the windings produced
IMPREGNATION DEPARTMENT
External premises, completely renewed in 2011
- 1 tank for impregnation with water-based varnish
- 1 tank for impregnation with resin
- drying oven
STORAGE WAREHOUSES
Two new warehouses for goods storage always ensure the customers with availability of material for the processing and storage of their materials on account.
