Recently we have introduced a new 4.0 machine into our production process: the new Winding Machine 4.0 for the production of coils for winding special asynchronous electric motors. The new winding machine is a strategic machine for the production of copper coils, the heart of our processes, and it is very important to always keep up with market needs.
Why did we introduce the new 4.0 winding machine for special asynchronous motor winding?
The reasons that led us to invest in the new technology of the Winding Machine 4.0 for winding special asynchronous electric motors are essentially 3:
- the desire to use cutting-edge technology to guarantee quality products while optimizing processing times, thanks to the double workstation. With this system, the operator can work in one station, unloading the already wound coils while the machine winds the copper coils, in the other station, eliminating downtime between processes
- increase in the range of windings. The new 4.0 winding machine can simultaneously work with 30 copper wires in parallel. This allows us to acquire orders for special motors that require a high number of wires in parallel.
- monitor the production process in real time. Thanks to the interconnection between the 4.0 winding machine and the company management system, the software constantly updates us on the production status, helping us to schedule orders in advance.
